The client, a branded eCommerce store owner, wanted to sync user data with Klaviyo to send targeted marketing and promotional emails effortlessly. Without automated integration, managing and segmenting users for personalized email campaigns was a manual and time-consuming task.
The Solution:
To address this challenge, we developed a custom plugin that synchronizes user data between Spark Pay and Klaviyo. The integration uses the Spark Pay API and Klaviyo API to ensure real-time data flow. Key features of our solution include:
- Automated Data Sync: Seamlessly transfers customer data, including order history and user interactions, to Klaviyo.
- E-commerce Event Triggers: Utilized full eCommerce triggers such as Ordered Product, Fulfilled Order, and Ordered Items to enable dynamic marketing automation.
