We are currently looking for a talented web designer with graphic designing capabilities, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about design. Team/project managing experience would be plus.This person would work closely with the team to visualize, design and develop client’s websites.

The person will work with Client Services – Creative Services team in India and coordinate with International clients and other departments regarding projects also. The person should also be able to facilitate existing team with expert supervision/guidance and by maintaining excellent team/project coordination. The person should have hands on experience with graphics and web designing skills primarily and also worked as or on a similar role of ‘Creative Visualiser’ with client handling/team management experience.

Position Duties:

  • Understand and conceptualize client’s requirement in aspect of designing and implement that on various aspect
  • Create, modify and enhance graphic artwork and WebPages
  • Design and create professional looking HTML e-mailers for client
  • Work closely with the team help the team to set up a benchmark

Candidate/ Qualifying Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of professional experience as a Web/UI/Graphic designer or on a similar role
  • High level of comfort writing CSS2 and CSS3 codes
  • Experience in working with HTML5, jQuery codes JavaScript
  • Understanding of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 technology and various Website compliance
  • Graphics Designing capabilities with high level of creativity
  • High level of comfort on using Adobe Photoshop
  • A strong understanding of artistic and design principles such as typography, composition, color theory, and layout designing/user interface
  • Ability to conceptualize/create design/understand client’s requirement/handle and deliver projects independently
  • Experience on creating standalone web pages and e-mailers at expert level
  • Knowledge of best practices related to HTML mailers compatibility across various browsers and email clients (such as Ms Outlook and Lotus Notes)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Previous people/project management experience is a plus
  • Experience in Adobe ColdFusion/PHP/ASP.net is a plus
  • Experience is various CMS such as Joomla, WordPress, Ms-SharePoint is a plus
  • Flash scripting skill is a plus
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate on Web/graphics designing/technical degree from a reputed institute/BFA/MFA on will be a plus

Work Hours: 9:30 AM to– 6:30 PM.

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed shift – 5 days a week and Weekends off).
